The Posture Trainer is a small, but mighty tool that can help improve head alignment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.  The device is placed on the back of the head using the provided strap or by attaching it to your goggles.  A gentle tap between the shoulder blades from the Posture Trainer provide tactile cues to inform the swimmer of improper head and spine alignment.
