3 Rounds with Drag+Fly™ Adjustable Swim Chute

6 x 50 FAST (short rest interval)

Rest :30 and remove Parachute

2 x 50 Swim @ 200 pace (80% effort)

Pay special attention to how you feel after removing the Drag+Fly™.  You should notice an increase in distance per stroke and you should feel an sense of ease in your strokes.
